The good news is this 2nd 'Captured by the SS' book is a lot shorter than the 1st, and it's from the SS 'capturer's viewpoint; there's actually very little from the American agent's insight. The bad news is that the story is just about sexual and personal domination -- if that's what you want, you'll be amused. It's definitely not what I was looking for, based on the book title (hoping/expecting an Alternate History/Sci-Fi novel). My recommendation is to just skip this book series.
